Some notes from a quiet week of setting up a small home lab: a fresh server, a handful of containers, and a long list of things to test.
The goal is simple — keep the setup small, write down what breaks, and leave enough time to read the logs. So far the server is quiet, the backups run, and nothing has caught fire.
Next week: a proper inventory, a few more backups, and maybe a walk through the woods.
